Working Committees

"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." -Henry Ford

Service Projects

We identify community needs and then plan, implement, and evaluate projects made possible through fund-raising and collaborations. Our four avenues of service are vocational, community, international, and youth services. The Rotary's Peace Pyramid guides our efforts.

Club TRF Global Grants and TRF Giving Committees

We work to get global grant funding for our projects by overseeing the process and working with the Service Project Committee and International Service Chair, who ensure successful project implementations and maintain international funding partners.

TRF Giving allows members to contribute to the Rotary Foundation and present global grants.

Membership

We assess our membership profile and actively attract and engage members. We evaluate new member proposals and process their membership. Retention through training and engagement is a top priority. We hope members become true Rotarians and find meaningful value in being part of the Rotary community.

Club Training

Knowing Rotary Fundamentals is key to the club's success. We ensure that new club members are on-boarded properly and members stay informed. We strive to be true Rotarians in actions and deed.

Public Image

We are the storytellers who communicate our work to the world. We aim to report the news and inspire others to find meaning by being part of Rotary. We ensure club communications follow Rotary’s voice, visual, and brand identity guidelines.

Club Administration

Club meetings shape members' Rotary experience. We develop meeting agendas, find engaging speakers, and document meetings - ensuring meeting success. We plan ways for members to socialize. We preside over the Secretariat and ensure our legal papers are in order.
